Refund Policy

15-Day Refund Policy for Services

Refund Eligibility

Clients may request a refund within 15 calendar days of payment only if:

  • The service has not yet been initiated (e.g., no consultation conducted, no report delivered).

  • The request is made before any personalized analysis or remedy has been shared

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The numerology session has already been conducted via phone, video, or email.

  • A personalized report, chart, or remedy has been delivered.

  • Incorrect or incomplete data was provided by the client and not corrected within 2 hours of booking.

 Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to ask@ankkvani.com with payment details and reason.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

  • For UPI or bank transfers, clients must provide valid account details

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for rescheduling or refund eligibility.

  • Cancellations made after this window may not qualify for a refund.

Documentation Required

  • Proof of payment (receipt or transaction ID).

  • Booking confirmation details.

  • Any communication related to the service
